So nice to see you, Michael, and to listen to you. I think spirituality became a marketable commodity for the developed world (so much can be sold under its umbrella of benefits!) but based on what we know about the very earliest human cultures, it wasn't so much about the supernatural but about the natural/Nature. And I love what you said: the opposite of spiritual is egotistical. (And here we are now, in the US, led by supreme egocentrism to the detriment of all but those few leaders.)

as a 75yr old who has explored psychedelics back in the 70’s & a range of therapeutic consciousness-changing practices such as holotropic breathing in the nineties & for the past 25yrs somatic practices like emilie conrad’s continuum movement (phew that’s a lot!)—your interview with oprah along with the guests who shared the benefits they received from guided psychedelic journeys is terrific. i hope many people will watch & read your wonderfully engaging & informative books. i’m a big fan!

Congratulations on surviving the interview with Oprah. I was looking forward to each of your answers that she interrupted and derailed. It was somewhat “traumatizing” to watch.

It did make me want to reread your book. Thank you.

Oprah has run out of things to say since she will NEVER tell the truth. Weight

Watchers stock--sorry WW-- was $.46 a share yesterday. In 2018 when she owned it it ws $103.00. The worst diet ever created is now not doing well.

Really? WW’s failure is Oprah’s fault? No diets ever work.
